…present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God… Romans 12:1
When you were born again, your body became God’s house. Isn’t that amazing? That means God lives in you through His Spirit, and He has put you in charge of His House—your body!
Take good care of your body. Keep it clean, eat healthy, rest well, and use it to serve the Lord joyfully. Don’t let the devil or sickness have any place in it. If you ever feel unwell, boldly say, “No! My body is God’s house. Sickness can’t stay here, in Jesus’ Name!”
Remember, God’s Word is medicine (Proverbs 4:22). So, fill your heart with God’s Word and speak it over your body every day. This is how to stay strong and healthy—both spiritually and physically.

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

I have “Zoe” in me, the God-kind of life. This life keeps me strong, healthy, and full of joy. Therefore, no sickness can stay in my body. Glory to God!
