“Therefore we also pray for you…that the name of the Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in him…” (2 Thessalonians 1:11-12).
Do you know one of the most loving things you can do for others is to pray for them? The Bible tells us that Paul always prayed for other Christians who were still learning about Jesus. He prayed that they would grow to be more like Christ and understand that God wants to do (Galatians 4:19; Colossians 1:9).
There’re many people still trying to learn the things of God, and they need our prayers. When we pray for others, it helps them love God more and understand His Word better.
So, always remember to pray for your friends, classmates, teachers, and people at church. Ask the Lord to help them follow Him closely, grow in His love, and honor Jesus in everything they do.

Philippians 1:9-11
And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and [in] all judgement; 10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.”
LET’S PRAY
Dear precious Lord, I pray for my friends and everyone in my world. Help them to grow strong in your Word, love you more each day, and honor you in everything they do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
