KEEP SAYING IT

God’s life lives inside me, and it makes my mind and body strong. Jesus gives me everything I need, and His grace helps me succeed and win. God’s Word fills my mind with light, so I am not afraid or worried.

I think happy thoughts—thoughts of peace, joy, strength, and good health. Every day, I grow stronger, smarter, and brighter because the Holy Spirit helps me. God keeps my body safe and healthy. Nothing bad can harm me because God is with me.

I am strong and full of joy. I am not weak, sick, or defeated. God’s love fills my heart, and His power fills my body. Every day of my life is beautiful and blessed. I live a happy, victorious life, full of peace and God’s goodness in Jesus’ name. Amen.
