God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory. (1 Timothy 3:16)
Did you know that Jesus is God, yet He came to live on earth as a man so we could know Him better? That’s exactly what today’s memory verse tells us. He was born as a baby, grew up among people, healed the sick, calmed storms, and showed the whole world the love of God.
One day, when a mighty storm raged on the sea, Jesus said, “…Peace, be still!…” and right away the wind and waves obeyed Him (Mark 4:39). Only God could do that!
Jesus also said, “I and My Father are one” (John 10:30). And when Philip asked to see the Father, Jesus replied, “…Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father…” (John 14:9).
That means when you see Jesus, you’re seeing God—loving, kind, powerful, and full of mercy. So, if you ever wonder what God is like, just look at Jesus!

Jesus is my Lord and my God! He’s the fullness of God revealed, and His life, power, and love are at work in me today
