And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty. (Exodus 28:2).
Have you ever dressed up for a special event, maybe your birthday, a wedding ceremony, or church? You probably picked your best clothes because you wanted to look your best. The way we dress says a lot about who we are. That’s why God wants us to dress in a way that honours Him.
In the Bible, God told Moses to make special clothes for Aaron, the high priest. These clothes weren’t ordinary; they were made to show God’s glory and beauty. The people who made them were filled with God’s wisdom because those garments were for His service alone (Exodus 28:3). This teaches us something important: God cares about how we present ourselves.
As His children, we should always look neat, clean, and tidy. Our clothes don’t have to be expensive; what matters most is that our appearance reflects God’s excellence and shows that we belong to Him.

LET’S PRAY
ear heavenly Father, thank you for making me your child, full of beauty and excellence. I choose to live wisely; and when I’m dressed, I bring you honour, showing that I belong to you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
