KEEP SAYING IT

I am full of God’s life, and everywhere I go, I carry His love and goodness. My body is God’s special house, and the Holy Spirit lives in me. God fills my heart with peace, love, kindness, and gladness every day.

My Lord Jesus has given me a wonderful life—full of glory, honor, and goodness. Because I have Him, I have life. My body shows God’s beauty and strength. I thank God for my body, and I take good care of it with joy and confidence.

I am brave and strong. I overcome challenges, and I never give up. I am strong, healthy, and able every day. I can learn, grow, and do great things. Nothing can stop me from becoming what God made me to be in Jesus’ name. Amen.
