KEEP SAYING IT

The life of God is in me. I am strong and healthy. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Every part of my body works the way God made it to. Sickness, fear, and weakness have no place in me. I grow stronger every day.

God helps me to think the right thoughts and make good choices. I learn quickly and remember what I am taught. I speak kind and truthful words. The Holy Spirit guides me every day, and I grow in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.

I am the light of the world. I show God’s love through my words and actions. I am kind, loving, obedient, and helpful. Every day I grow to be more like Jesus, and my life brings glory to God in Jesus’ name. Amen.
