The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
1 Corinthians 10:16
As a child of God, taking the Holy Communion is very important. It’s more than just bread and wine. It’s a special time to remember the Lord Jesus and what He did for you.
The bread reminds us of Jesus’s body, given for us, and the cup reminds us of His blood, shed so we could be forgiven and live a new life.
When you take the Communion, you’re saying, I belong to Jesus, and I share in His life and victory. That’s why we take the Communion with respect and thankfulness, remembering how much Jesus loves us.
Through the Communion, we remember that Jesus gave His life so we can live every day in His love, peace, and victory.

I thank you, loving Father, for the body of Jesus that was given for me and His blood that was shed for my sake. Because of Him, I live in victory and righteousness. Hallelujah!
