“Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm” (Mark 4:39).
Jesus and His disciples were once in a boat when a strong storm began. The wind blew hard, and the waves crashed into the boat. The disciples were afraid, but Jesus was asleep. When they woke Him, He spoke to the storm and said, “Peace, be still!” Immediately, the wind stopped, and the sea became calm (Mark 4:37-39).
Jesus showed us how to respond to challenges—with faith, not fear. Instead of being afraid, you can speak God’s Word and declare peace no matter the situation is. Hallelujah!

“Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
SAY THIS
Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world; therefore, no matter what happens around me, I refuse to fear. I’m born of God, and I’ve overcome the world. Hallelujah!
