His mother said to the servants,”Whatever He says to you, do it.” John 2:5
According to the Bible, Jesus “first miracle happened at a wedding in Cana. When they ran out of wine, Mary told the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it ” (John 2:5). Jesus asked them to fill large pots with water. It didn’t seem to make sense, but they obeyed. As soon as they followed His instruction, the water turned into the best wine! (John 2:1-11).
Another time, Jesus told Peter to catch a fish, and informed him to use a coin in its mouth to pay for their taxes (Matthew 17:27). Peter obeyed, and it happened just as Jesus had said.
God’s Word always works. When He gives you an instruction, listen and do it quickly. As you act on His Word, you’ll see wonderful results because the Word will produce what it says.
