KEEP SAYING IT

My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, so I take good care of myself. I am strong, healthy, and full of energy. God’s Word gives me life and strength. I am getting stronger every day, and I enjoy good health, peace, and joy. I am complete in Christ.

God’s love is in my heart, so I show love and kindness to everyone. I forgive, share, help, and care for others. I am a light wherever I go, and my life shows people how good Jesus is. My words are kind, helpful, and full of faith. I speak words that bring joy, love, and encouragement to others.

God blesses me, my family, and everything that concerns us. I have His favour, His peace, and His joy. My life is full of God’s goodness, and I bring glory to Him, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
