LET’S TALK
When a child is born, no parent would dream of leaving that little one unattended. The baby must be fed, cared for, and nurtured into maturity. It’s the same with those who come to Christ. Salvation is not the end but the beginning of a glorious journey, a brand new life that requires guidance, feeding, and training in righteousness.
When someone receives salvation, he/she is a spiritual infant. Their recreated human spirit craves nourishment, and the Word of God is that nourishment—the only food that guarantees growth. Just as a new born depends on milk to grow, a newly born-again Christian depends on the Word to be strengthened, rooted, and established in Christ. This is where the church plays a vital role. It’s God’s training ground, the place where His children are taught, equipped, and nurtured.
When you win a soul, don’t tell them, “Go to any nice church.” No! Bring them to your church, where you know the Word is taught in truth and power. They trusted your message of Christ; therefore, let them experience the fellowship of the same family from which you came. Introduce them to your pastor, leaders, and fellow brethren. Show them that heaven rejoices over their salvation, and so does the church family. In this atmosphere of love and teaching, they will grow into strong, vibrant Christians who in turn will win and disciple others.
Make your evangelism complete. Help them see that their growth in Christ is a priority and that the church is the best environment for them to flourish spiritually. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
PRAY
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of leading others to Christ and guiding them in their journey of faith. I carry out evangelism with wisdom and love, ensuring those I lead to Christ are nurtured and established in the truth. Thank you for the church as a place of growth, fellowship and training in righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
