But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. (James 4:6)
Do you remember how David became king? He was the youngest and the least expected to be chosen as king. But God saw something special in him—a humble and gentle spirit. That’s what truly matters to God—your heart!
The Lord loves it when we’re humble and loving. When you’re humble, you don’t look down on others or get upset when they succeed. Rather, you celebrate them and thank God for their blessings.
God lifts you higher and gives you more grace when you walk in humility. So, be kind, be happy for others, and let love shine through everything you do. Remember, God gives more grace to those who are humble.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
SAY THIS
I’m loving, kind, and humble. I rejoice at God’s goodness in others. Therefore, I receive more grace to grow, shine, and do excellent things. Hallelujah!
