“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).
All through the Bible, we read about people who gave to God in faith—and God responded with amazing blessings.
For example, Solomon once gave God a thousand burnt offerings. That night, God appeared and said, “…Ask! What shall I give you?” (1 Kings 3:5). Solomon could have given just one offering, but he went the extra mile—and God noticed!
Noah also gave a special offering after the flood, and the Bible says that God smelled the sweet aroma and made a promise never to curse the ground again (Genesis 8:21). And our Lord Jesus gave the greatest offering of all—His life! Because of that, God highly exalted Him and gave Him a Name above every name (Philippians 2:9).
When we give to God with faith, love, and joy—whether it’s our time, talents, or offerings—God always responds with blessings. So, give cheerfully, trust Him completely, and always give in faith and with joy.

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”

My faith is alive and active! As I give in faith, I become a channel of blessing to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
