“But I say to you, love your enemies…” (Matthew 5:44).
Sometimes people may laugh at you, ignore you, or say unkind things. In those moments, you have a choice. You can react in anger, or you can respond the way Jesus taught.
When Jesus was nailed to the cross, He did something unexpected. Instead of spending harshly, He prayed for the people who hurt Him: “Father, forgive them…”(Luke 23:34). He showed that love is stronger than hate.
When you choose to forgive, stay calm, and speak kindly, you show that God’s love lives in you. Love changes situations. It also changes hearts. And when you respond with love, you shine like Jesus.

Luke 6:27-28
“[27] But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you. [28] Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.”
LET’S PRAY
Dear loving Father, thank you that your love fills my heart. I express it through my words and actions today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
