For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
Jesus promised that He is coming back for everyone who believes in Him. The Bible tells us that one day, we will meet Him in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). It will happen suddenly, just like when Enoch was taken (Genesis 5:24) and when Elijah was taken up to heaven (2 Kings 2:11).
That’s why God wants you to be ready every day. Being ready means loving the Lord, studying His Word, praying, and doing what is right, even when no one is watching. It also means telling others about Jesus so they can be ready too.
So, live each day to please Him, and keep your heart ready, because the rapture could happen anytime!
