“Present your case,” says the LORD. “Bring forth your strong reasons,” says the King of Jacob. Isaiah 41:21
One day, a Roman centurion had a servant who was very sick. The centurion believed Jesus could heal him, so he sent some Jewish elders to speak to Jesus on his behalf. At first, Jesus didn’t go with them. But when the elders explained how kind the centurion was—and how he had helped build their synagogue—Jesus went with them immediately (Luke 7:4–6).
The elders presented strong reasons, and this teaches us something powerful about prayer. When you talk with God, He wants you to present your case using His Word. That means you don’t just pray, “Lord, please help me. ”Instead, you pray with reasons from the Bible— God’s promises!
For example, you can say: “Father, your Word says all things work together for good to them that love you (Romans 8:28). I love you, so I declare that everything is working for my good!” That’s how to pray boldly and confidently—with strong reasons from God’s Word.

LET’S PRAY
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for always hearing me when I pray. I present your Word as my strong reason, and I pray with confidence, knowing that I receive whatever I ask according to your will, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
